This service was created through demand in the professional sector. We were approached to offer this service as there were many people that wished to keep there vehicles cleaned regularly.
Due to there busy schedules they would never remember, therefore when it came to important occasions there vehicle would be dirty and we would be unable to offer a slot soon enough to suit. So we came up with this service.
For example: Our last customer that requested this service wished to have a Crystal Mini Service on the 2nd week of the month and the Crystal Shine exterior only on the last week of the month. With this service the amount is calculated and paid for the next 12 months in advance, this account came to £960.00 for the year.
For doing this there is many benefits. Firstly a 10% discount reducing the cost over the year by £96.00. Additionally the customer found the months he was short of money the vehicle was still valeted as he had already paid up front.
Finally he did not have to remember to book the car in as we diarised each appointment and contacted him to confirm each valet, if there was a need to amend it to the day before or the day after we do our best to accommodate.
